gathering area with wood burning fireplace, kitchen (with both a Keurig and a traditional
coffee maker) and dining area with adjacent screened porch, a bedroom (king) with
private balcony, and bath with jetted tub, and a half bath for visitors. Once upstairs you will find two large bedrooms (kings), each with a private bath (one with a corner jetted tub and
the other a shower). One upper bedroom has an outdoor balcony to enjoy great views all day and stars by night! The landing area is sweet and cozy with a view to the main floor gathering area.The lower level offers a perfect spot to play with a great pool table, numerous board
games, and space to enjoy friends and family. Cozy it up even more by lighting the second
wood burning fireplace! The large fourth bath is on this level and the rain shower is the
perfect place to rinse off after indulging in the all-weather outdoor hot tub. The grand yard is wide open and ready to host yard games and bon fires! Bring on the marshmallows!
